I love achieving. And doing more than what people thought was possible. I love seeing the impact of what I do. People say some lovely things in 360 appraisals. I like solving problems, making organisations better and easier for members, and working with staff to help them achieve.

I have managed complex projects and programmes, delivered with multi-discipinary teams and spent a lot of time setting up processes and systems across organisations.
Outside of work, I have the most wonderful family. I’m a member of the Labour Party, do a lot of cycling and would happily pay more tax to fund greater access to the NHS and better primary schools.
